FROM MY POINT OF VIEW, THE DIGITAL CHANNEL IS CRUCIAL IN TERMS OF MARKETING AS IT IS IN CONTACT WITH THE CUSTOMER AT ALMOST EVERY STAGE OF THE CONVERSION FUNNEL AND IS ABLE TO GENERATE DIFFERENT TYPES OF IMPUTS DEPENDING ON WHAT STAGE OF THE FUNNEL THE CUSTOMER IS IN, SO IT IS KEY TO UNDERSTAND VERY WELL WHAT THE CUSTOMER JOURNEY IS AND WHAT TYPE OF INFORMATION / CHANNEL IS NEEDED TO GENERATE A POSITIVE IMPACT AT EACH TOUCH POINT.

AT THE SAME TIME, IT IS ESSENTIAL TO KNOW AND KNOW HOW TO INTERPRET THE ANALYTICS AND KPI'S TO UNDERSTAND HOW THE DIGITAL STRATEGY IS WORKING AND WHAT RESULTS IT IS GENERATING AT ALL TIMES.
